3. What is Simplify Living's refund policy?

Key information:

  • You have 14 days to initiate your return
  • Up to 10 days to process refunds
  • No restocking fee
  • To obtain the return address, contact customer service

Policy for refunds:

You have 14 days from the time you receive your package to initiate a return. Your items must be in their original packaging and show no indications of usage in order to be eligible for a return or refund.

To start the return procedure, please email customercare@simplifyliving.com.au and our customer support team will assist you. We will provide you with the return form and return address.

All return expenses are at your own cost, so we recommend using trackable shipping. We cannot be held accountable for misplaced returns.

If your package arrives damaged, please take a picture of the package and its contents and email it to customercare@simplifyliving.au with your order number. Our customer service representatives will assist you in finding a solution.

We will notify you via email whether your return is accepted or not after we receive and review it. If your return is accepted, you should receive your refund within ten days using the same payment method you used to place your order.

4. What is Simplify Living's shipping policy?

Key information:

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. will be processed the same day
  • Processing Time: Order processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Delivery Time: The delivery time is usually 3-10 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping

We currently only ship within Australia.

If you place your order by 2:00 pm, we will start processing it the same day. After processing, your order will be dispatched and delivery should take 3-10 business days.

Shipping is always free on all orders from us.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. They will confirm the cancellation of the order.

If your package is delayed, please allow an extra two days and use your tracking code. If your package hasn't arrived by then, please contact us with your order number.

If you have received a damaged package or the wrong items, please contact us with your order number, pictures of the issue, and a description of what's wrong.
